B Strata transitioned to “Property IQ” strata management program late 2018. Property IQ is owned by Macquarie Bank and they are currently investing significantly to deliver a world leading management program.
Property IQ has a client portal which provides all owners the ability to view statements, check account balances, obtain copies of notices, minutes and proxies for general meetings, obtain a copy of the insurance for the strata company and applications forms for defects, pets, a/c, keys & remotes, hot works permits, work permits.
The Council of Owners has the ability on the portal to view and download financial statements, see bank account balances, track work orders along with a range of other functions.
Together with DEFT Payment Systems the program is able to offer our owners a variety of convenient payment options including BPay, Cash Cheque, Credit card and Direct Debit.
B Strata is also able to provide an automatic online cloud based portal for the treasurer of the strata company to login and approve invoices. The system enables viewing of the scanned (colour) invoice and the cost coding of the invoice, which can be edited.
We utilises a web/cloud based online contractor payment system. The contractor competes their fortnightly timesheets online which is immediately circulated to authorised approvers and then processed.
